Intuitive Employee Resource Groups

Intuitive’s Employee Resource Group (ERG) program has continued to evolve since its inception. The challenge was to develop a cohesive, scalable identity system that aligned with the corporate brand while preserving the distinct character of each ERG.

The solution was a family of marks informed by the corporate brand’s signature “portal,” with each one designed to express the spirit of an individual group. The system created a clear visual connection across the program while remaining flexible enough to support its continued growth.
